Ok bab bab naik badan ni... alahai do u remember how did u naikkan ur badan before u need to seek for help to reduce it back to normal? Aha? Yes? What? Lepas bersalin? Lepas berenti sport? Lepas sakit/operation? lagi?
Do u realize all those typical answers (c'mon, nuthing to segan here, we're in d same boat, Obesiti Tahap 2 saya pernah lalui jua.... hehe) are due to either metabolism or hormone changes?
Dieting after being overweight or obese is like buat overhaul kat keter. After a while, the car would run smoothly macam baru. Then.... as u 'lenjan' ur car again.... mulalah kena servis balik, true?
Why did i say dieting? Bukankah makan Litchin tak perlu berlapar? Kalau itu soalan anda, bermakna sama ada
- Anda bukan/belum jadi client saya yang selalu membebel panjang lebar about Litchin n kelaparan
- Anda belum baca post-post sebelum ini
- Anda adalah pengguna Litchin tapi tak paham bagaimana Litchin berfungsi
- Anda tak paham apa maksud 'DIET'

Ada sebut lapar tak kat situ? Takdek kan? Aha... why? A balanced diet contains sufficient amounts of fibre and the various nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals) to ensure good health. Food should also provide the appropriate amount of energy and adequate amounts of water. The diet should not contain items that are harmful. In other words, a balanced diet should be both adequate and wholesome.
Ok, so back to the question, naik tak berat badan kalau tak makan Litchin? My answer is - YES AND NO.
If u're my client, remember when I did those weird calculation [mana yang bukan consulted online jela, yang online tak nampak apa saya buat :op~] about ur BMR and DCR? U see as u lose weight, ur BMR will REDUCE unless u do cardio exercise regularly. Why? It's because ur BMR dipengaruhi oleh BERAT, KETINGGIAN dan UMUR. Your DCR pulak dipengaruhi BMR dan Kadar aktiviti harian. So bila dah turun berat badan tu... kalau dah tau tak exercise, jangan la pi bantai makan macam mana u ate BEFORE u seek for help. Dah susah-susah berhabis duit, gi tambah balik calorie kenapa...? Nak maintain berat badan, kenala makan sebanyak DCR... Kalau lebih, maka obviously lah akan terconvertlah semula yang lebih lebih itu kepada.... LEMAK. Remember? 8000 cal = 1kg lemak. So... makan Litchin ka, tak makan Litchin ka.... kalau lebih 8000 cal, naikla sekilo lagi....
Clear? So if u think u dun need help after u lose weight, U can discipline makan, toksah beli Litchin lagi dah. But if U can't... tepuk dada tanyala perut :o)))
