Owh, Happy day ;o))

Zuhana Eejay Zulkifle is trying out her old garments. Dat fav pant suit she wore d first time boarding d flight bertandang ke Sandakan 8 years ago is nearly a perfect fit. Soon, baby, soon. [via Celcom SMS]

And I also tried on a very pretty Maxi Dress that I've been keeping [perap!] for a few months now. Me n Mama masa tu ambil supply baju, then saw the dress. It's lovely [well, to me]. Tanah warna brown, graphics warna Pink mostly and some turqoise. Totally my fav combination of color. Malangnya, biggest size was only up till Size 44 [lebih kurang L] but my size at that time was between 46-48 [XL-XXL]. I tried to wear it, langsung cannot masuk. Bukan punggung je tak lepas, nak masukkan tangan pun payah.

So tadi baru teringat nak try men-try ni kan, I was soooo afraid to be kechiwa, but I tried it anyways. Ya Allah MUAT! ya Allah I reaaalllllyyyy don't expect to wear it this early u know. Tak sampai sebulan pun makan Litchin!

Honestly, in the name of Allah Maha Mengetahui, I didn't expect I can go down this far.... Ya Allah Syukur Alhamdulillah!

What is Visceral Fat? ~ From WiseGeek.com



Visceral fat is different from other body fat. Visceral fat, also called intra-abdominal fat, refers to the fat that surrounds the internal organs. Subcutaneous fat, on the other hand, is body fat that is close to the skin's surface and is considered less dangerous, and easier to lose, than visceral fat.

Studies have shown that those with visceral fat are more susceptible to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and hypertension. Sedentary people, smokers and drinkers have been shown to have more intra-abdominal fat, or visceral fat, than active people who are non-smokers and non-drinkers. Stress may also be a factor in the storage
of visceral fat on the body.

Visceral fat is harder to lose than subcutaneous fat because it is more deeply embedded in the body's tissues. Visceral fat is only measured accurately by an imaging machine that can see how much of the abdomen is made up of visceral fat. A person may be within a healthy weight range, but still have too much intra-abdominal fat around the internal organs.

The liver metabolizes visceral fat and releases it into the bloodstream as cholesterol. Harmful, or "bad" cholesterol, which is Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), builds up into a plaque that blocks the arteries. Losing weight through proper diet and effective exercise can help reduce visceral fat. How much fat a person eats does matter as studies have shown that those who eat 30% or more of their diets as fat usually have high amounts of visceral fat.

Walking is considered by many health and fitness experts to be a much better way of helping to control visceral fat than by doing exercises such as swimming where gravity keeps the body afloat. Walking at a fairly fast pace for a half an hour six days a week has been shown to help reduce visceral fat, while walking only three days a week has not been shown to have much affect on the reduction of visceral fat. However, doing no exercise at all has shown to increase the amount of visceral fat in the body.

Haha, ni memang common question. Tak kirala dari phone call ke, Facebook messages ke, dari kakak-kakak yang tiba-tiba je kena tegur dengan saya masa datang ke butik cerita pasal Litchin ke, ataupun yang dah biasa tengok saya gedempol tiba-tiba sekarang saiz 44 pun dah muat ke... lolz~ sabarjelah.

Actually agak seganla nak kongsi the TRUE story behind kenapa saya terkejar-kejar sangat nak turun berbelas kilo ni... kalau turun berbelas kilo cepat tu adalah sesuatu yang normal tak apa, ni tidak, extreme. Sebenarnya ya, memang ada sebab... Sebabnya... bacalah cerita di bawah hehe~
Saya adalah orang terpantas turun dalam mana-mana testimoni de bella so far, as of today, 23 Jun 2010. saya tahu sebab i am in close contact with HQ, my mother has been de bella's service center in bangi for 10 years minimum. we've been around sejak zaman de bella naik dan turun, unlike some people pernah keluar kemudian masuk semula... tapi itu cerita perniagaan, toksah bukaklah citer tu ehk?

In 23 days saya dah turun 13.4kg [tengok progress kat facebook saya). 10kg pertama saya memang laju, i haf lots of body fat n water retention, and i know perfectly why. i haf bad habits of eating soda drinks and junk food especially asam. i got high blood pressure during my 2nd pregnancy 3 years ago, my daughter terpaksa dilahirkan premature dan masuk NICU seminggu sebab low birth weight, 1.9kg.

Walaupun mula-mula saya dipanggil untuk menjadi salah seorang daripada 50 testimoni pertama, saya tak pegi. Sebab samalah macam kebanyakan orang, saya dah fed up berhabis nak kurus. tak pernahnya menjadi. Plus... masa tu sebenarnya saya mengandung, tapi seminggu kemudian... tak ada rezeki. Until my mom paksa I makan, sebab dia kata "How am i going to sell this things if u segemuk ni?" then I said "I am sooo not gonna friggin' waste my money over slimness-fatness anymore" then my mom kata "Ok then mama will pay for everything, just try one set first"

Apalagi, dah barang free, makan jelah. so bro Zali Ujang [staff de bella] datang ke Service Center kami di Warta Bangi ni dan beri penerangan terperinci produk. bila saya dengar info produk dari Zali, barulah saya perasan, lain barang ni ropanya. tak sama approachnya dari ubat kurus lain. sebab Litchin SEBENARNYA BUKAN UBAT KURUS. Litchin adalah ENZIM, Litchin adalah FIBER, simple as that. Sebagai manusia yang memang familiar dengan sistem badan saya pun paham how Litchin works dan barulah saya ada semangat nak cuba. kebetulan, husband dah sibuk nak berbaby lagi (ha... inila reason sebenar, merujuk kepada tajuk di atas). Saya pun teringat kes anak kecil pujaan hati saya, Khayra Qazryna yang terpaksa tidur di NICU berbogel berhari-hari bawah lampu UV diselimuti wayar wayar, saya pun determine untuk kurus semula supaya saya buang semua jenis visceral fat saya yang ada untuk mengandung.

bila husband dah sibuk mintak baby, saya perlu untuk kurus cepat. so saya buat satu kaedah yang extreme untuk kurus. yang tu kalau nak tau, meh sini datang Warta, mana bleh citer online nanti banyak spekulasi yang mengarut. ia agak susah, agak rumit daripada yang sepatutnya. kena sabar, kena rajin, kena tahan nafsu. that's how i lose 13.2kg so far, tak sampai sebulan makan Litchin. 23 hari dengan Litchin, lithat gambar saya di post sebelum-sebelum ni. even husband saya is very happy, and beri saya lebih masa untuk kurus sikit lagi sebelum mengandung lagi, kalau ada rezeki.

FAQ Lagi dan lagi... Adakah Berat Badan saya akan NAIK bila Berhenti Makan Litchin? atau Sampai Bila Saya Kena Beli Litchin ni?

Dieting after being overweight or obese is like buat overhaul kat keter. After a while, the car would run smoothly macam baru. Then.... as u 'lenjan' ur car again.... mulalah kena servis balik, true?

Why did i say dieting? Bukankah makan Litchin tak perlu berlapar? Kalau itu soalan anda, bermakna sama ada

Ada sebut lapar tak kat situ? Takdek kan? Aha... why? A balanced diet contains sufficient amounts of fibre and the various nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals) to ensure good health. Food should also provide the appropriate amount of energy and adequate amounts of water. The diet should not contain items that are harmful. In other words, a balanced diet should be both adequate and wholesome.

Ok, so back to the question, naik tak berat badan kalau tak makan Litchin? My answer is - YES AND NO.

If u're my client, remember when I did those weird calculation [mana yang bukan consulted online jela, yang online tak nampak apa saya buat :op~] about ur BMR and DCR? U see as u lose weight, ur BMR will REDUCE unless u do cardio exercise regularly. Why? It's because ur BMR dipengaruhi oleh BERAT, KETINGGIAN dan UMUR. Your DCR pulak dipengaruhi BMR dan Kadar aktiviti harian. So bila dah turun berat badan tu... kalau dah tau tak exercise, jangan la pi bantai makan macam mana u ate BEFORE u seek for help. Dah susah-susah berhabis duit, gi tambah balik calorie kenapa...? Nak maintain berat badan, kenala makan sebanyak DCR... Kalau lebih, maka obviously lah akan terconvertlah semula yang lebih lebih itu kepada.... LEMAK. Remember? 8000 cal = 1kg lemak. So... makan Litchin ka, tak makan Litchin ka.... kalau lebih 8000 cal, naikla sekilo lagi....

Clear? So if u think u dun need help after u lose weight, U can discipline makan, toksah beli Litchin lagi dah. But if U can't... tepuk dada tanyala perut :o)))
